GOD'S technique to walk run relax
We all learned the gravity process
to stand in place, walk, run and sprint when we were babies. First we learned to stand in place by centering our bodies over
our feet. The next technique we learned was to shift our weight ahead of our feet, hop and land on the next leg at the right
height. You didn’t know about the force of gravity then as the only force that can move you forward and still don’t.
You can see what was hidden in plain sight with taking a one minute trial. Run four steps forward and backward. Notice that
your feet land behind to run forward and out front to run backward. Notice how much easier you can do it without trying to
push yourself in each direction. You just performed both the speed pickup stage of a run and the slowdown stage with your
landing placements. It is easy to see gravity at work. The steady pace stage is harder to see as off balance as well because
the feet land out front and take off behind. The steady pace stage is forward weighted and gravity is pulling you forward.
You can see that to be the case because you always drop your feet farther out front for gravity to slow you down.
