DROPPING THE TOP OF YOUR LEG AHEAD OF YOUR FOOT IS THE SCIENCE TO WALK, RUN AND SPRINT

TRAINING METHODS HAVE BEEN TAUGHT WITH MANY VARIETIES OF FORM TECHNIQUES BY TOP COACHES AND CHAMPIONS. MANY OF THEM HAVE BEEN TOUTED AS THE ULTIMATE SPEED TECHNIQUE FOR RUNNING, BUT NONE WAS ABLE TO GUARANTEE YOU A WINNING RACE UNTIL NOW. MY TECHNIQUE IS A BALANCING ACT. GRAVITY 101: All objects, animal or inanimate, that stand off balance will have the top of the object fall ahead of the base. MY SCIENCE: All of these objects can’t push themselves forward, only gravity can move them forward. Want proof? Try to take one step forward without falling forward. You will see that you can’t remain centered over your foot while moving forward. You will also see that you can fall forward without pushing back at the ground. Releasing the front support will send you toppling forward.
Nobody wants you to know this, because I am the only one that can teach it. It will upset the schools and professional sports. My techniques have a combined, “all-in-one-technique-breakthroughs” for, health, shape, fitness, exercise, sports, relaxation, circulation, respiration and athletic performance. Also important, it prevents injuries. Experts should have seen that you can’t possibly push back at the ground. It requires the back muscles of the thigh to do that, but they can’t be used when the front muscles of the thigh are used to absorb the landing and toss you up.
Now you can see that walking and running is not as simple as putting one foot in front of the other. You can do that and stand in place. But you think it is still simple. Now it’s as simple to do as dropping the top of the leg ahead of the foot. But wait. There is much more you need to know to make it happen with ease and safety.

Techniques by other experts won’t give you the ability to take one step forward, no less walk or run efficiently. You can do more of the wrong thing and slow down, so they don’t make you run. The wrong techniques are: shorten stride, lengthen stride, tilt upper body, push back harder at the ground, push harder into the ground and lift knees and feet high.
My techniques are based on accurate science. The more you drop your feet to the rear, the faster you will run. You can’t slow down that way. It is proven in one minute by running slow and making it faster by dropping your feet more the rear. You will always pick up speed that way, and no other way. That is real proof as opposed to what experts want you to use. Being a champion or training a champion is not proof that they can improve anyone their way. They did it with better science by accident. They thought that they pushed harder when they didn’t push at all. They did drop their feet more to the rear on average than anyone else in the race without knowing they were doing it, because that is the only way to win. I can teach anyone the method to be able to drop your feet more to the rear and stay in balance for running and not falling.
