FUTURE RUNNING

Taking on the institutions is a daunting challenge for me. I am prepared to fight on as long as possible and with great determination. It was very surprising to me at the beginning that the leaders wouldn’t accept my science as something they could make money off of and benefit people. Something like they did with aerobics. I believe the problem is that they understand the concept of the falling movement for walking and running, but they can’t see how to take a person to a higher level with it.

The infallible technique of my gravity method for speed will add immediate speed to a person’s PR, but how much farther it can improve runner’s speed depend on other factors that play a part. Physical condition, nutrition, training methods, genes, motivation and tolerance for stress are also factors in becoming a champion. All of these factors outside of my technique are not concrete science. They have many differences of opinion by the experts, which complicates the process of making of a champion.

My technique is obvious concrete science to the average person as well as experts. Being off balance from the center line of gravity makes the top of the object topple forward is an obvious scientific fact by knowing how gravity works. You cannot stay centered while moving forward. The first step is a fall, and the subsequent steps remain off balance from center by the slant angle of the leg at instant of landing. Maintaining a faster level pace requires the slant angle of the leg to be closer to vertical. With this knowledge, it becomes obvious that the runner whose leg slants closer to the vertical line at landing more often than anyone else in the race always wins. People can prove it to themselves in the one minute jogging test described on the home page.
