RUNNING-JUST UNDO IT
New way to run overturns conventional way
RUNNING SCIENCE REVERSAL
You jump while falling. The runner’s feet dropping the most to the rear on average always wins. It’s gravity stupid.
You can’t jump and push. They’re opposite actions. You fall forward by gravity, rising to stay parallel to the ground.
Stronger gravity, faster forward fall. The lift keeps your upper body traveling level. Lifting and pushing are impossible opposite actions. Only gravity pushes.
Scientific advancements in running reduce instructions to one way for achieving optimum results. Others were inadequate or misguided assumptions.
Coaching and natural performance methods were inadequate and misguided. Running-Just Undo It gives you the tools to exceed their limited potentials.
Jumping and pushing are opposite rotations of the knee. Gravity pushes in ways that nobody before could optimize for running.
Gravity pushes instead of legs for running. Knee rotates forward for lift, it obviously can’t rotate backward also for push.
Jumping while falling keeps you traveling level with the ground. Setting your weight forward over the landing foot, increases speed.
Everyone falls forward at speeds related to balance positions at landing. It’s simple science of gravity pushing instead of legs.
RUNNING SPEED
It is impossible to run or walk the way professionals teach it. They teach people to get stronger for pushing themselves forward harder to run faster. When the leg is pushed behind the body the foot swings up and the body drops to the ground. Runners aren’t falling to the ground because their conflicting efforts never result in a push back at the ground. Professionals are deadlocked into their method with no way out. If they change to Jack’s method, he becomes their expert. Humans and animals learned to move by their central nervous system making adjustments, without their minds being aware of the form to perfect their running. The inclination people have of shifting their weight ahead of their feet is the only thing that propels them forward. The leg is actually pushed forward and down to lift the body for keeping it moving horizontally. Gravity keeps the hip moving forward as the foot rolls on the ankle and toe.
Everyone understands gravity, and Jack will tell your audience that where there is stronger gravity you are able to run faster. You always move in the direction your weight takes you. No muscles can change that. You can jump higher where there is weaker gravity, but you can’t run as fast with a weaker push from gravity.
Jack’s claim of introducing a new scientific formula makes people think he is crazy. After he gives a quick example, people are in awe of him. Other authors are now writing books on Jack’s techniques. They can’t however claim to have invented something that has already been invented by Jack twenty five years ago. There is much more to Jack’s techniques that correct every problem people have with form. To be effective with any training method, you need to use the right form.
RUNNING TECHNIQUE ADVANCEMENT
I have an advanced running method that will develop extraordinary running speed. It works like eccentric contraction (An outside force is greater than your contracting force, making your contracting muscles elongate).
In a sprint you start by making the bodies twist as strong as you can make it to shorten the stride as much as you can. A short spread of the feet won’t make you run fast, so you have to increase speed to lengthen the spread while you are trying to shorten it. The more you set your weight forward on the landing foot, the wider the spread of the feet gets with each step. The body speed overcomes the twist that shortens the stride with a greater force (the power of speed) to spread the feet more. The ground receding faster flips the foot back higher.
Making that spread wide with the weight shift, while you are working to shorten it, tells you how fast you are running. The higher the foot gets, the faster the speed when done that way. The only way to increase speed with each step is by keeping the feet dropping to the rear of the body’s center of balance.
Training will develop speedy manipulation. You can’t start out with fast exchanges just like drumming, typing or piano playing always start with slow manipulation. Pushing the manipulation speed in training develops the speed.
RUNNING TECHNIQUE COMPARISONS
The basic standard running method is a backward push by the leg.
The basic Nirenstein running method is a forward push by the leg.
The standard running method drops the body to the ground.
The Nirenstein running method lifts the body to keep it level with the ground.
The standard running method allows gravity to drop the body straight down.
The Nirenstein method uses gravity to make you fall forward.
The standard running method is never used by anyone because it is impossible for the leg to support the body when it is pushing back.
The Nirenstein running method is used by everyone because gravity is the only force to run
The standard running method uses science that nobody understands.
The Nirenstein running method of gravity making you fall forward when you are not balanced is easy to understand.
The standard running method will not make you run faster on the moon where the muscles can move the body easier, because of lighter gravity.
The Nirenstein running method makes you run faster on earth than on the moon because you can get a harder push from gravity.
The standard running method has no additional features because you can’t even get started to run.
The Nirenstein running basic method follows with a complete course that adds improvement on improvement. They each improve you on the first try, so there is your proof.
Academic credentials would not have taken Nirenstein in the right direction. His method is unique in the industry. It was developed by him over many years. This is his third book on running.
Nirenstein isn’t looking to hurt the industry. He has been informing the leaders about his technique, but they chose to look the other way.
RUNNING VELOCITY
Fitness crazes may come and go, but running remains one of the most popular and effective cardiovascular exercises. But many runners don’t realize that they may be running the wrong way--not by going the wrong direction, but by utilizing a faulty technique.
Author Jack Nirenstein’s revolutionary running method will challenge the traditional running style used by runners for years. Running-Just Undo It offers examples through photographs and drawings to help you master Nirenstein’s groundbreaking technique and improve your performance. Nirenstein contends that by utilizing his technique, runners will become better and faster, achieving optimum results.
To convince yourself of the reality of this claim take this one minute test. Start by jogging in place. Keep your upper body vertical throughout this test. You can only jog in place by dropping your feet directly under your body. Switch from dropping your feet directly under your body to dropping them behind. Notice that you fall forward to run. Not by tilting your upper body, but by placing your vertical body ahead of you feet.
Now repeat jogging in place. Switch from dropping your feet directly under your body to dropping them in front. Notice that you fall backward to run backward.
In this one minute test you can see that gravity is the exerted force for running and not a push by your legs (the standard way). Nirenstein’s technique of using gravity to the fullest is the first and only way to run effectively. It will help beginning runners as well as experienced runners to do it safely and advance rapidly.

RUNNING WITH ALTERNATIVE BIOMECHANICS
Don't train without your brain
Tomorrow’s
Running Technology
Today
NIRENSTEIN WINS in the race to uncover the secret of pace control. Running camps are training runners with dangerous and regressive running form. The current science states that you push yourself forward with your legs for a longer stride to increase running speed. Jack Nirenstein discovered that pushing with your legs is impossible to do. Only gravity can push you to run, and the shorter you stride, the faster you can run. Jack doesn’t have the stature of a Nike, so his method is getting out slowly, but surely. His science is complex, but he convinces everyone of its infallibility with a few sentences.
THE FEW CONVINCING SENTENCES
On the space station, your legs can push you way up, but can’t push you forward. On the moon your legs can push you higher than on earth, but the weaker gravity can’t spin you forward while jumping, to run as fast as it can on earth. Consequently, the runner whose feet drop more to the rear on average than all the other runners, wins the race. It’s the real science. Everyone wins that way without exception. The jump rotates the knee forward. A push by the leg would rotate the knee backward instead. Obviously pushing the leg back is impossible for jumping.
Pounding is natural to runners.
So-called natural running isn’t the best a person can do to run. With Jack’s efficient natural running biomechanics, improvement is immediate. His technology also has eight ways to make your landing seven times softer.
Are the other running professionals really experts?
Find out if they know whether the biomechanics for running is a push by the legs, or a push by gravity. If they don’t know which it is, then their training methods don’t have a basis for being worthwhile.
Publishers, editors, coaches and performance specialists, have their own books and reputations to protect. Many probably won’t respond. RUNNING WITH GUIDED MUSCLES
The Guided Muscles method is a newly found science by Jack Nirenstein for running technique. It clears up the mysteries and controversies of all the other methods. You will be surprised to see that it is impossible to push yourself forward, (the present standard science). And that all the other methods of using gravity to run won’t work. The Guided Muscles method for using gravity is so obvious that you’ll wonder how all the researchers could have missed seeing it.
Jack Nirenstein claims and proves that only gravity can shift your weight forward, not a push. To see gravity at work shifting the body, look at a picture of a runner’s foot behind the body as it is about to leave the ground. Isn’t it obvious that nobody can stand still in that position, because you would be falling? And isn’t it also obvious that only gravity is making you fall? The jump isn’t a jump forward, it would take you straight up if you weren’t falling while jumping.
Gravity is pulling you straight down, but the angle of the leg won’t let your body fall straight down, so the body goes forward and down. Finally, the jump while falling keeps you level with the ground as you switch from one foot to the other.
You never can shift your body by a push. It is always done by placing the foot to a position ahead or behind the body, so that gravity will shift the body. A change in the placement of the foot will change the pace by getting a harder or easier push from gravity. Essentially, the more you drop your feet to the rear the faster you run forward. The more you drop your feet to the front, the faster you will be running backward. The winner of any race is the runner who averaged a drop of the feet to the rear more than any of the others in the race. It is absolute science. It can never be done another way.
While gravity is the exerted force for the falling process of running, there are many reactive forces that you must initiate with your muscles for the rest of the running process. You need to lift the body and exchange the feet, both with appropriate timing. How to execute all the moves you need are all part of the Guided Muscles process.
The Guided Muscles gravity techniques work immediately the first time you try it, so testing it would only prove the same results 100% of the time. Everyone knows which way a tilted object would fall. To test the speedup method, run slow your normal way and notice by feel where your feet are landing ahead of your body. Then drop your feet more to the rear by feel and notice the resultant increase in speed. It would be an insult to your intelligence for anyone to tell you it needs to be tested to see if it will always happen that way.
Before you fully grasp the Guided Muscles science, you won’t see the fallacy of the other methods that are taught by others. It is important to point them out so you won’t get derailed and injured. The following are some of the major features of the other techniques and why they are wrong.
• You can’t push back against the ground to run while lifting your body because the push and lift each push in opposite directions.
• A tilt of the upper body is not a lean that will send you falling to run. You can stand still that way, and even run backward with the body tilted forward. Records have been broken with the body positioned vertically.
• Landing with your feet directly under the body is not a placement of the feet that will shift you for falling forward to run. You can only hop in place that way. When the pace is level, you can only run with your feet landing in front of your body.
• You cannot pull your foot straight up to you butt and run. The knee always travels to the rear and the foot hits the butt before the knee is brought forward. The foot is only supposed to go that high in a sprint.
• Lengthening the stride cuts down your ability to pick up speed. Although, over striding a little in running slower than a sprint is more comfortable than a very short stride and doesn’t slow you down.
• The leg cannot stay in line with the body. It rotates at the hip to bend forward and back, before, during and after landing.
• You cannot keep the knee equally bent while the foot is on the ground. You need to lift the body by straightening the leg.
• Landing on the toe is not a pushing feature for the gaining of running speed; you can do it hopping in place. While it is easier on the knees it is disastrous for distance running. It can rupture the calf muscles and Achilles tendon.
RUNNING, WALKING, JOGGING, SPRINTING
To run fast you need a technique that makes running easy, soft and smooth. The first and only technique to do all that is the method discovered by Jack Nirenstein. His technique will serve you well for all speeds, walking, jogging, running and sprinting. The same technique takes you from the slow-process of walking, up to the blazing speed-process of sprinting. It then adds potential for more speed.
The speed processes are all a matter of falling forward while lifting straight up. Gravity is the source of power to move you forward and not your legs. You haven’t thought of it before, but you can easily see that when your weight is not centered between your heels and toes (feet together), gravity will make you fall. And, you can also see that lifting yourself straight up while falling is used to keep you level with the ground.
There are many other ways to clearly see that gravity and not your muscles move you forward. A familiar one is by comparing the slow forward movement the astronauts took on the moon compared to the faster speed you can do on earth. Being lighter on the moon allows your muscles to push you faster. Your muscles can toss you higher on the moon but they can’t push forward, or you would be running faster than you can on earth. So while you are struggling to push yourself forward with your muscles, the only thing that is getting you forward is gravity.
While this information starts to make sense to you, it is not yet fully explained as to how you could use gravity effectively. A major mistake that is commonly expressed is that tilting the upper body forward shifts your weight for increasing speed. This is proven wrong by sprinters who broke speed records while running with an erect body. You can stand still or even run backward with a forward tilted upper body.
One of the many secrets is how far you must reach ahead of your body to land for speeding up. You don’t have to know the distance of the reach, because it cannot be seen. However it is easy to add or subtract the reach ahead by feel. The shorter the reach, the faster gravity propels you.
RUNNING—JUST UNDO IT SECRETS
A powerful title for a powerful book
Running--Just Undo is about telling people the natural faults that they need to drop before they run at all. There are millions of articles and thousands of books attempting to do the same thing, but they are all wrong. I discovered the missing technology for running. This unbelievable claim can’t be taken seriously by any sophisticated person, but fortunately I have a way to solve that problem. I can prove it in a few sentences. That is what I must do now or I will lose you.
Everyone has seen pictures of a runner with his supporting leg behind while the raised leg is going forward. Nobody ever considered why he can stop pushing and still can’t stand still in that position. It is because the runner’s body is ahead of the supporting leg’s foot and he is falling forward by a pull from gravity. The jump while falling sends him gliding level with the ground.
At this point I have always gotten peoples attention. They are amazed that something as simple to understand as the pull of gravity was missed by all the researchers. Frankly I was too when I first discovered it many years ago.
Now I need to follow up and convince people that there is much more knowledge about simple running technology to make them a perfect running machine.

BACK COVER COPY
“Recognized leaders in the scientific research and development fields of running should never have been taken seriously. They have all failed to solve the mechanics of what it takes to run. My techniques are not simply better, they are the only way to do it effectively. They will help everyone achieve better health, safety, and performance than they have been able to do by running the old way.”
If running is a part of your exercise routine, Running—Just Undo It will help you improve your performance. Author Jack Nirenstein’s amazing methods will transform how you run by teaching you simply to pay close attention to the mechanics of the human body. While gravity running is not a new concept, the Nirenstein method is the first and only way to make it work.
Nirenstein contends that athletes tend to let bad science interfere with their inherent body mechanics. Too many runners don’t achieve optimum performance because of inaccurate instructions about “proper form.” The standard science of pushing hard for a longer stride sounds logical, but Nirenstein shows you how it actually opposes the body’s forward motion.
With stretching techniques, step-by-step instructions for all types of running, and many helpful photos and illustrations, you’ll be off and running in no time!

ARE YOU RUNNING THE WRONG WAY?
Put Your Best Foot Forward with Revolutionary New Running Technique
Over the years, runners have continued to search for a competitive edge that will help them outperform their peers. Author Jack Nirenstein’s revolutionary running method will challenge the traditional running technique used by runners for years. His new book, Running-Just Undo It, offers examples through photographs and drawings to help you master Nirenstein’s groundbreaking gravity technique and improve your performance. By utilizing his technique, runners will become better and faster, achieving optimum results.
Also the author of Guided Muscles for Winning Sports, Nirenstein has thoroughly examined the “normal” running technique used by runners. The Nirenstein Method employs the gravity method of running and makes it work. It uses the forward push of the leg in order to raise the body as it falls to keep it level with the ground. This is the direct opposite of the technique that runners utilize since they attempt to use a backwards push of the leg to lengthen their stride and increase speed.
Nirenstein contends that if you are not falling forward while lifting yourself to stay level with the ground, you cannot be running. Only gravity can make you move forward. Tilting the upper body does not increase speed as is commonly thought. Using his technique will help you run faster than the speed you could achieve by using only your own natural instincts.
Through a detailed series of photos, drawings, and instructions, Nirenstein explains his technique clearly and effectively. By looking at a photograph of an ordinary running position with his help, your eyes will be seeing his basic discovery. It is so radically simple you will wonder why you never thought of it yourself. He also offers stretching exercises and weightlifting techniques to build muscle strength. By combining all of these methods, you will become a technologically perfect runner.
Running—Just Undo It offers simple, practical and down-to-earth advice. Beginners, runners, and athletes will all benefit from Nirenstein’s innovative instruction.
